We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and operate under applicable Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, including PIPEDA and, where applicable, Quebec’s Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal information (as defined under PIPEDA as “information about an identifiable individual”) to provide and improve ProOps Services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. The types of data we collect include:

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt-out via our website. We obtain your consent for non-essential cookies under PIPEDA’s consent requirements.
Google Integration Data: When using ProOps Ads Tracker, we access data from Google Cloud Platform, Google Ad Manager, and Google Sheets, including:
Ad performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, revenue).
Google Sheets data (e.g., raw data, metadata, combined data, summary data).
Google Ad Manager network codes and API data.
This data is collected with your consent, as it is necessary for providing ProOps Ads Tracker functionality. We limit collection to the minimum required under PIPEDA’s data minimization principle.
2.3. Data from Third Parties
We may receive data from third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, payment processors) to enhance our services, analyze usage, or improve ad targeting. We obtain your consent for such data sharing, where required, and ensure third parties comply with PIPEDA through contracts or data processing agreements.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information for the following purposes, with your consent or as necessary for our commercial activities under PIPEDA:
Provide and Improve Services: Deliver ProOps Consulting recommendations, ProOps Ads Tracker functionality (e.g., ad tracking, reporting), and technical support.

4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data as follows, in compliance with PIPEDA:

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any breaches affecting your personal information as required by PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws (e.g., within 72 hours to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected individuals, if significant).
6. Your Rights and Choices
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: Request a copy of your personal information. We will provide this within 30 days, as required by PIPEDA, unless an extension is granted.
Correction: Update or correct inaccurate or incomplete data. We will respond promptly and update our records.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations or retention for reasonable business purposes). We will delete data unless required to retain it for legal or operational reasons, as permitted under PIPEDA.

ProOps Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions, including Quebec under the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly and notify parents or guardians, as required by PIPEDA. 9. Chrome Extension Specifics
The ProOps Ads Tracker Chrome extension collects and processes personal information to track advertising performance, including:
Google Ad Manager data (e.g., impressions, clicks, revenue).
Google Sheets interactions (e.g., raw data, metadata).
Device and browser information (e.g., IP address, browser type) for functionality and security.
The extension operates under Manifest V3, ensuring sandboxed execution, limited permissions, and compliance with Chrome’s privacy requirements and PIPEDA. We obtain your consent for data collection through the extension’s installation and usage, and you can review and manage permissions in Chrome (chrome://extensions). Data is processed locally or transmitted securely to ProOps Services via encrypted connections.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email, website notification, or within the ProOps Ads Tracker interface, and obtain your consent for material changes affecting your personal information, as required by PIPEDA. Your continued use of ProOps Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
